Chris Chavis is the Director of Operations for Delmarva Aces South and the Regional President. He is in control of all business operations for the Southern Affiliate of the Delmarva Aces.

Chris is a graduate of Stephen Decatur High School where he was a three sport standout for the Seahawks.  After graduation Chris went on to play football at Frostburg State University for two years before leaving the University in 2003 to join the Navy.  Chris spent 12 years in the Navy before making the decision to transition for a new job that allowed him to be home with the family more often in 2015.

In 2013, Chris’ oldest son joined a travel baseball team called the Tidewater Outlaws who eventually placed 2nd in Cooperstown as they grew to 12 year olds in 2017.  Over the last 5 years, he’s taken that same group of Outlaws from being one individual team of 11 kids in 2013 to having 12 teams plus a Showcase group for the Delmarva Aces South, growing the once small organization in Virginia Beach to one of the largest in the Hampton Roads area with over 150 players!
