Leslie Kennedy joined the Delmarva Aces in August 2019. The Lake Forest High School graduate played four years of college baseball at Wesley College, where he was a middle infielder for the Wolverines. After graduation, Kennedy was appointed Head Junior Varsity Baseball Coach at Lake Forest, where he has since held the job.

He will serve as an academy instructor for the Aces North. His role will primarily focus on hitting and fielding. He runs the Speed & Agility for the Delmarva Aces North too.
