Hunter Parsons joined the Delmarva Aces instructor staff in November 2020. The current New York Mets minor league is a pitching instructor and trains pitchers inside the Aces Facility in Berlin. He also is a personal trainer at Olympia Fitness in Salisbury. Parsons was drafted in the 19th round (568th overall) of the 2019 MLB Player Draft and was 1-1 with a 2.89 ERA in 11 games for the Brooklyn Cyclones that year.

Prior to that, Parsons was a four-year star at the University of Maryland, where he was 10-3 with a 3.45 ERA in 104IP as a senior. His success helped him garner All-BIG 10 third-team laurels.
