The Delmarva Aces are excited to announce that Ellis Gaulden and Jeff Simpson will run the speed and agility classes this offseason. The classes will take place at the Berlin and Middletown location on Mondays and Fridays. All speed and agility classes will begin on Monday, December 5th and run until the end of February.

The speed and agility classes will help the players with running mechanics, high speed change of direction, foot quickness, reaction time and coordination. It is first come, first served on those that show up for the classes. All groups will be capped at 30 participants. Attendance is not mandatory but those committed to attending will surely see improvements in all aspects of their movements.
