ACES WELCOME TEXAS NATIVE, COLBEY RYAN, AS NEW PITCHING INSTRUCTOR IN BERLIN

The Delmarva Aces are pleased to announce that former Texas Wesleyan University pitcher, Colbey Ryan, will be joining the program as a pitching instructor. He will do all training at the Aces Berlin Facility.

The Fort Worth, Texas native was a four-year varsity letterman at W.H. Boswell High School and won 2003, 2004 State and All-District Honors. After graduation from Boswell, Ryan played three seasons at Texas Wesleyan as a starting pitcher, before taking his talents to the Dallas/Forth Worth ABA. He went on to join the United States Marine Corps All-Marine Team from 2009-2013 and was a valuable member of their competitive armed-forces travel team. Ryan has more than 30 years of experience in the game of baseball.

He joins a solid list of pitching instructors with the Aces in Berlin. The list includes Austin Heenan (Salisbury), Chris Bengel (UMES), Reilly Degen (Univ. of Sciences) and Dave Whigham (El Paso/Australia). He is now available for individual/group pitching lessons and will join in with camps and academies starting this winter.
