The Delmarva Aces are pleased to announce their expansion into northern Delaware as the program will move into Next Generation Sports in Middletown, DE this fall. In the move, the Delaware Diamond Kings will morph into the Delmarva Aces, where all teams will don the orange and black in Under Armour next season. The teams will take on the names of Delmarva Aces North, Delmarva Aces Upstate and Delmarva Aces 302.

Next Gen offers a 6,300 square foot, state of the art facility exclusive to the Delmarva Aces. The facility has Hittrax and Rapsodo with two cages, three tees stations and an open fielding/pitching area. All Aces North teams will also have exclusive access to a pair of outdoor fields. All winter academies in the north will take place at Next Gen, but teams will have the option to choose between weekend practice locations in Middletown or Felton. The Aces will continue to hold weekend practices at their Felton location.

Aces North will host a 14-week winter academy from November – March. The academy includes hitting, pitching, fielding and base running with Hittrax data, reports and leaderboards. The program has brought on new instructors with MiLB and collegiate experience, as well as current college players, college coaches and high school coaches. Offseason team practices will rotate on the weekends and speed & agility will be run on Mondays and Fridays with Leslie Kennedy.

Tryouts for Aces North will begin at the end of July. Exact dates will be posted soon. #onefamily
