Chad Wien has been with the Delmarva Aces since the club was formed in 2014. As a member of the program, Wien has been a player, intern, instructor and coach.

He served as the Aces first intern in 2017 as a student at Frostburg University. Wien has also coached several Aces squads and played on Delmarva Aces 18U in 2014.

The Delmar, Del., product played collegiately at Frostburg, before transferring to the University of South Florida. He was a standout player at Delmar High School and graduated from the program in 2016.
